Description

Broadmead Cottage is a 17th-century building with later alterations, situated on the north side of High Street, Egginton. It is constructed of colour-washed brick and has a clay tile roof. The building is in an L-shape. There are four leaded casement windows. A projecting oriel window is located on the left-hand side of the ground floor. A substantial brick stack sits centrally on the rear wing.
