Description

The Church of St Michael, located on High Street in Egginton, is a Grade II* listed building. It was originally a chapel of ease to Leighton Buzzard. The nave is constructed of ironstone, while the chancel is made from Totternhoe stone. The nave and chancel arch date back to the early 14th century but have been extensively restored and rebuilt in the 19th century. All the windows, along with the chancel and bell turret, were also added in the 19th century.
