Pear Tree Cottage is an 18th-century building located on the north side of High Street in Egginton. It is constructed of red brick and has two storeys topped with an old clay tile roof. The cottage features three Yorkshire casement windows with glazing bars. Additionally, timber-framing is visible in the left-hand gable.
