Description

Rosebery Villa, located at 32 Church Street, is a building that dates from 1888. It consists of two sections. The western section is constructed of yellow brick, possibly restored, and has two storeys with one window. The eastern section was originally built in the 18th century with brick, but it has since been covered in stucco. This section also has two storeys and features two windows, one of which is in a tall bay that is splayed at a shallow angle from the wall. The first floor of this bay overhangs the ground floor and is topped with a shaped lead half-cupola roof that rises from a dentil cornice. Rosebery Villa is part of a group that includes Nos 12 to 32 (even).
