Description

Common Farmhouse is a building dating from the 16th or early 17th century, which was later refaced in the 18th century. It is constructed of red and vitrified brick with an old clay tile roof. The house has two storeys. There are three leaded casement windows, and three Yorkshire casement windows on the ground floor. Timber framing is visible on the left-hand elevation.
