Description

Chalgrave Manor Farmhouse is a building from the 17th and 18th centuries, constructed in three two-storey sections with parallel roof ridges and old clay tile roofs. The two southern sections are cement rendered. The south face features four double-hung sash windows with glazing bars and a 19th-century porch. The northern part, dating from the 17th century, is timber-framed, although it has been largely re-cased in 18th-century brickwork. The timber framing is exposed on the west gable end, which also includes various types of modern casement windows.
