Description
The building known as the School House, formerly a school, was erected in 1808 by H.O. Roe. It is constructed of red brick featuring flared headers and has a hipped slate roof. This small, square building has a double-pile plan and stands two storeys tall. The west and east elevations each contain two windows per floor, with casements set under cambered heads. A central multiple stack made of red brick is located on the building. There is a later 19th-century addition to the north, which is partly made of yellow brick. The building is included for its historic interest.
