Description

The Red Lion Public House is a 17th-century timber-framed building located on the north-east side of London Road. The exterior features 19th-century mock timber-framing and roughcast. It has an L-shaped plan and stands two storeys tall, topped with an old clay tile roof. On the first floor, there are three casement windows with glazing bars, with the central window being a three-light design. The ground floor includes two canted bay windows and a flat bracketed door hood.
