Description

No. 30 Brickhill Road is an 18th-century roughcast cottage originally of two bays, with a later brick extension. The cottage is one storey high with attic space. It has two casement windows with glazing bars. A plain 19th-century door is set within a trellis porch. The roof is covered in clay tiles, with two gabled dormers on the rear elevation; the later brick extension has a concrete tile roof. Brick stacks are present.
