Description

Plum Tree Cottage is a 17th-century house with its gable end facing the road. It is constructed with a timber frame, the spaces between the timbers filled with colour-washed plaster and red brick in the lower gable. The roof is thatched. A large external stack is located on the north side. The cottage is two storeys high and has casement windows with modern diamond-leaded lights. An eyebrow dormer is situated on the south side.
