Little Dynevor is a one-storey range of brick outbuildings located on the north side of Church Street. The buildings are topped with a tiled roof and feature irregular windows and simple doors. They are part of a group that includes Nos 34 and 36, Little Dynevor, and Nos 1 to 7 (consecutive) known as the Feoffee Almshouses, which are associated with the Parish Church of St Andrews.
