This is an 18th-century building of red brick with Welsh slate roofing, situated on the south side of Saint Peter’s Street. It is two storeys high with attics. The ground floor features modern shop windows. The first floor has two sash windows, alongside two 19th-century oriel canted bay windows. Three box dormers are visible in the roof.
