Description

The building at 28-32 Saint Peter’s Street is a mid-19th century commercial property. It is constructed of yellow brick with a Welsh slate roof. The two-storey building has a paired bracketed cornice and a slightly projecting central pediment. The front elevation features a 2:2:2 arrangement of sash windows within reveals, each with a flat arch. A first-floor band runs along the facade. The right-hand pair of doors are set within a stucco surround of pilasters, a frieze, and a cornice. A narrower, recessed wing to the left contains a door and fanlight within an arched reveal. Nos 28 to 32 form a cohesive group.
