The Horse and Groom Public House is a 17th-century building located on Clapham High Street. It is timber-framed and features pebbledash render with an old clay tile roof. The structure has two storeys, with four 20th-century casement windows on the first floor and five casement windows on the ground floor. There is also a 20th-century gabled porch. To the right side of the building, there is a stone-built carriage arch.
