Description
Manor Cottage is a cottage dating from around 1700. It features a pebbledash exterior on a timber frame and is topped with a thatched roof. The building consists of two bays and has one storey with attics. There is a red brick ridge stack and a red brick external stack on the west gable end. To the right of the ridge stack, there is a plank door with a wooden gabled bracketed canopy. Each floor has two 2-light horizontal sashes.
There is a 19th-century two-storey single bay extension on the east gable end, made of red brick with a slate roof. This extension includes a ground floor 2-light horizontal sash with glazing bars and a plank door, both featuring cambered heads, as well as a first-floor 2-light horizontal sash with glazing bars. Additionally, there is a weatherboarded lean-to extension on the west gable end.
