Description

North Lodge is a late 19th-century entrance lodge located in the Sharnbrook Colworth Estate. It is constructed from ironstone with cobbles and limestone dressings, topped with a clay tile roof. The building has an irregular plan and features an external stack on the north-west side. It is a single storey in height.

The south-west elevation showcases a large gabled porch, which has a trefoiled oeil de boeuf above a four-centred door head. The south-east elevation includes a three-light bay that displays a coat of arms along with the motto 'Audaces fortuna juvat'. Additionally, the lodge features carved bargeboards and gothic chimney details.
