Description

Graze Hill House is a former 17th-century farmhouse. It is constructed with a timber frame and has been finished with colour-washed rough cast. The house has a thatched roof with plain bargeboards. The building is arranged in an L-shape, with two storeys. A substantial four-stage stone chimney stack is located on the south gable end. The east elevation features several 20th-century two-light horizontal sash windows with glazing bars – five on the ground floor and four on the first floor. A 20th-century glazed door provides access. There are single-storey lean-to additions set within the western angle. Group value context is present.
