Description

The Old Vicarage is a substantial vicarage built in 1833 and 1863, as indicated by date plaques. It is constructed from coursed limestone rubble and features an old clay tile roof. The building is designed in a U-shape, with a space between the projecting wings that is filled by a two-storey porch wing. It has two storeys throughout, and all the windows are sash windows, mainly arranged in groups of two or three, with stone mullions. The doorway includes a rectangular two-light fanlight, and the southwest elevation has a projecting ashlar chimney stack.
