Description

Newlands Farmhouse is a late 18th century, three-storey house built of red brick. It has a regular design with three windows on each of the first two floors, each window containing three lights. Each window is topped with a keystone and engraved lintel. The entrance has a moulded wooden doorcase featuring an open pediment and a barred segmental fanlight above the door. There is a plaster band at the eaves.
