THROCKMORTON THR0CKMORTON 1. 2301 Court Farmhouse SO 94 NE 10/812 11.2.65. II* 2. Early C16. Late mediaeval hall (which is how floored) and solar wing. L-shaped plan. Timber framed, plaster and whitened brick. 2-storeys. Gable ends have fine decorative trefoil studding. Some 6-light moulded wood mullion transom windows, remainder modern casements. Fielded panel door.Tiled roof. Central and side chimney stacks. Very picturesque.
