Description

Whittington Lodge is an early 19th-century building with a Regency character, constructed in stucco and featuring an L-shaped plan. It stands two storeys tall, with a shorter wing to the north that has a curved three-light end and a cast iron verandah. The inner face of this wing includes a curved Roman Doric tetrastyle cornice hood porch. The south wing has a short verandah. Most of the windows have lost their glazing bars, and the building has quoins at all angles, a parapet, and a hipped slate roof.
