L-shaped plan with C17 gabled wing which has stone mullion windows and dripmoulds. The main part is C18 with wooden casements. Machine tile roof with hipped dormer.

Fir Tree House, Old Post Office, Appledene, Barnhill Farmhouse, Tudor Cottage and Holly Cottage form a group.
