SU 91 NW EAST LAVINGTON GRAFFHAM ROAD 18/6 Barnetts Farmhouse 28.11.80 II House. L-shaped building. Main portion C17. Timber-framed building with the timbering exposed on the north front but otherwise refaced with stone rubble with red brick dressings and quoins. Hipped tiled roof with pentice to west. Casement windows. C18 L-wing to south east. Two storeys. Three windows.
