Moat Farmhouse is an L-shaped building that dates from the 17th century or earlier. The structure features a timber frame that has been refaced with red brick on the ground floor, while the upper level is tile-hung. It has a tiled roof and casement windows. There is a 19th-century red brick wing to the north. The farmhouse stands two storeys high and has three windows.
