Description
Pear Tree House is a 18th century building located on Mill Bank in Fladbury. It is constructed of red brick and stands two storeys high, featuring three windows with three-light casements. The entrance is marked by a panelled door, and the building has brick dentil eaves. The roof is tiled with gable ends. Pear Tree House is part of a group with Nos 1 to 4 The Green.
