Collingwood House and Old Fladbury Stores is an early 17th century building constructed from timber frame, plaster, and painted brick. It is a single storey structure with attics, featuring a gabled bay on the left side that rises to two storeys and attics. The building has modern casements and two bay windows topped with a tiled roof. There are three early 19th century moulded wood doorcases. The property is part of a group that includes the Church of St John the Baptist, the wall at Silver Gates, the Anchor Inn, and The Monastery, all located in The Green.
