Description

The Monastery is an early 18th century brick house located on Church Street in Fladbury. It is a two-storey building with attics. The brickwork below the eaves has been renewed and features lozenge diapering. The house has four windows and a string course, along with four new dormers. It is said to contain a good staircase dating from around 1700. The Monastery is part of a group that includes the Church of St John the Baptist, the wall at Silver Gates, the Anchor Inn, Collingwood House, and Old Fladbury Stores.
