Description

The Cottage and the barn adjoining it, formerly known as "The Thatch," date from the 17th century. The building features a timber frame with whitened brick and is topped with a thatched roof. The barn, which is also thatched, forms an L-shaped plan and was formerly used as a wheelwright's shop. The overall appearance of the property is picturesque.
