Description
This is an 18th-century building on the north side of Guarlford Road. It is two storeys and has an attic, constructed of brick. The roof has two gabled dormers and a brick cornice with dentil detailing. There are external chimney stacks. The front has three windows with slightly segmental arches, containing hung sash windows with glazing bars. A later gabled brick porch, featuring carved bargeboards, shelters a double door consisting of six fielded panels.
