Description

No. 52 Guarlford Road is an early 18th-century building featuring a two-storey brick façade topped with a hipped tile roof and tall brick end stacks. The building has a dentilled brick eaves cornice and three windows, which include 6-light wooden mullions with transoms. The central window is distinguished by a semi-circular head and Gothick glazing, with painted keystones and grooved cornices above the window openings. There is a central panelled door, which is complemented by a later porch.
