Description

No. 6 New Street is a mid to later 18th century brick-fronted house that incorporates an earlier structure. It has two storeys and an attic, topped with plain tile roofs and featuring two gabled dormers. The building includes a 19th century shopfront with doors on either side. Above the shopfront, there are two windows that have exposed box glazing bar sashes, with flat window heads adorned with stucco voussoirs. At the rear, the house has a gabled design with a square brick angle stack.
