Description
The building is a block of almshouses located to the west of Beauchamp Almshouses, constructed in 1908. It is made of brick with limestone dressings and features a tile roof. The structure has two storeys and consists of four gabled bays. The windows are mullioned; on the ground floor, they have four lights with blind trefoiled heads, while the first-floor windows have three lights. The outer windows on the ground floor extend out as square bays. The gables are adorned with bargeboards and applied timbering, and there are star-plan chimneys on the gables and at the center of the ridge. A plaque between the middle windows on the ground floor is dated "1908." This building is included for its group value with the surrounding structures.
