Description

The Old Parsonage is a former parsonage built around 1825 by Francis Goodwin. It features a stucco exterior with a parapetted roof and has a double-depth plan. The building is two storeys high and has a symmetrical three-window range. The corners are recessed, with angle pilasters and a top entablature. The windows are 12-pane sashes, and the central entrance is flanked by sidelights and an overlight. There are return lateral stacks. The left side facing Lichfield Street has similar architectural details, while the right side features two round-headed windows with small-paned iron glazing. At the time of the last survey in 1990, the building was derelict and boarded up.
