Description

1 The Square is an 18th-century building made of red brick with an old tiled roof featuring three hipped dormers. It has two storeys and attics, with three sash windows that include louvred shutters, keystones, and flat arches. The entrance has a glazed door that replaces a six-panel door, set within a moulded surround topped by a bracketed cornice. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 165, 173, 181, and Nos 183 to 189 (odd) on Solihull High Street.
