Description

Hillfield Hall is a 16th-century building, dated 1576, featuring the initials of its original owners, William and Ursula Eaves. The west front of the hall is original, while the rest of the structure was partly rebuilt after a fire in 1867. The building is constructed of red brick and has a tiled roof with a crowstep gable, flanked by a pair of narrow castellated towers. It also includes stone dressings and mullioned and transomed casement windows.
