Description

22 Park Road is an early to mid-19th century former lodge, originally associated with Malvern Park. The building is constructed of stucco with a hipped roof covered in Welsh slate, featuring an eaves cornice and frieze. It is a single-story structure with sash windows and dripmould detailing. The corners are accentuated by modified Doric pilasters. The central bay is canted, and contains a four-panel door flanked by windows.
