Description

Holly House is an 18th-century red brick house located on Spencers Lane in Berkswell. It has a hipped roof covered in old tiles. The house is two storeys high with an attic level, and features a first-floor band and diapering decoration using black brick headers. A brick cornice moulding runs along the top of the house, and there are two hipped dormers in the roof. There are three casement windows with glazing bars, each set under a flat arch. A Doric pilaster surrounds the front door.
