Description

Pelham Lee House, dating from around 1800, is a three-storey red brick building featuring five windows without glazing bars, set in lined reveals with plain keblocks and lintels. The central window is highlighted by a moulded stone architrave with a pediment supported by console brackets. The stone doorcase includes rusticated pilasters, an arched fan, a segmental architrave above, and a crowning pediment. Wrought iron lamp brackets are positioned on either side of the entrance. The building also has quoins, dentilled modillion eaves, and brick stacks. Pelham Lee House, along with Nos 7 to 11 and the front gate and railings to No 11, forms a cohesive group.
