Description

The Cottage is a 16th-century house that features a timber frame with colourwashed brick nogging and a steeply pitched old tiled roof. It has two storeys and attics, with four windows on the west elevation. The right side displays elaborate curved braces in the panels, while there is a gable and a single-storey extension on the left. A brick chimneystack with four diagonally set shafts is also present.
