Description

No. 122 Fazeley Street is a former house dating from around 1840 to 1850. It is two storeys tall and constructed of red brick, with some engineering brickwork. The gable end roof is covered with slate and features deep flat eaves. The building has four bays, arranged in pairs on the left and right, with a doorway located on the left side. The windows are revealed glazing bar sashes, adorned with moulded stucco consoles supporting thin cornices and blocking courses, as well as stucco sills. The doorway has a similar entablature. There is a grooved ashlar gate pier built into the left corner, which leads to a shared yard entrance with the adjacent No. 110, providing access to a common wharf on the canal arm by the Warwick Bar.
