Description
The Aston Cross lamp standard, located at the junction with Park Road, is a Grade II listed structure, presumably dating from around 1891 and attributed to Arthur Edwards, although it may not be in its original position. The lamp standard is made of iron and features a column in the Ionic style, which originally supported scrolled arms for lamps that are now missing, along with a ball finial at the top.
