Description

No. 31 Frederick Street is a former villa dating from around 1820 to 1830, which is now used as a jewellery works. The building is two storeys high and features a symmetrical three-bay elevation with stucco cladding. It has flanking pilasters that rise to a deep frieze, cornice, and parapet. The ground floor is channelled, and there are later 19th-century glazing details on the revealed sash windows. The plain doorway includes a rectangular fanlight and once had a porch similar to that of No. 30.
