Description

No. 30 Frederick Street is a former villa dating from around 1820 to 1830, now used as jewelry workshops. The building is two storeys high and features a symmetrical three-bay elevation made of stucco. It has inset flanking pilasters, a plinth, a plat band, a deep frieze, a cornice, and a blocking course with a raised center and terminal dies. The roof is covered with slate. The sash windows have later glazing. There is a Tuscan pier porch with a deep plain entablature, and the entrance includes a panelled door with a rectangular fanlight above it.
