Description

37 Brook Street is an early 18th-century building constructed of whitewashed brick with an old tiled roof. It stands two storeys tall and features chamfered stone quoins, a flush stone band at the first floor, and a cavetto stone cornice. The ground floor includes a small shop window, while the first floor has a sash window with glazing bars set in reveals beneath a flat arch. The door on the left has six flush panels and an oblong fanlight with glazing bars, surrounded by slim pilasters, a frieze, and a cornice.
