Description

This early to mid-19th century building, known as Hillcroft, Richmond House and Portland House, forms a group with the other properties. It is constructed of stucco, with a hipped roof covered in Welsh slate and a painted bracketed cornice. The building has two storeys and four two-storey canted bays. It features five sash windows in reveals, with glazing bars. The entrance has Doric door surrounds with panelled reveals and a six-panelled door, surmounted by an oblong fanlight with glazing bars.
