Description

No. 8 High Street is a building dating from 1781, located on the north side of High Street. It features an early 19th-century front made of red brick and has a Welsh slated roof with a wooden cornice. The structure stands three storeys tall and includes two sash windows with glazing bars, which are topped with rusticated flat arches and keyblocks. The ground floor has a 19th-century shop front adorned with Doric pilasters and a cornice. Nos. 2 to 8 (even) are recognized as a group.
