Description

Pinley Hill Farmhouse is a house dating from around the 17th century that has been incorporated into a larger early 20th-century structure designed to mimic a timber frame and brick style. The original timber-framed gable end is visible at the front, featuring red brick infill panels, while the ground floor is faced with brick. The house has two storeys and includes three-light casements with glazing bars. A large central chimney stack made of brick, with diagonal shafts, is a prominent feature. The listing specifically pertains to the 17th-century portion of the building.
