Description
This is a row of eight headstones located approximately 26 metres south of the Church of St Peter in Kineton. They are likely from the late 17th century and 18th century and are made of ashlar. From the left, the headstones include Thomas Esher, who died in 1788, and Hannah, who died in 1798; Mary Abbotts, who died in 1779; two late 17th century stones featuring cartouches, swags, and putti; and a worn 19th century stone. The churchyard also contains many well-carved headstones from the 17th and 18th centuries.
