Description

The Church of St. Peter has a headstone located approximately 6 meters south-southeast of the southeast corner of the south aisle. This headstone dates from 1698 and is made of carved ironstone. It features a segmental top with a scrolled pediment, a winged head, and an entablature. The shaped-top panel has a moulded frame and is flanked by heads and stylised flowers. The inscription on the headstone is dedicated to Robert Wichebode.
