Description
Hill House is an early 19th-century house located on the north side of Southam Warwick Road. It is constructed of brick in Flemish bond, featuring pilaster corners, a stone cornice, a stone storey band, and a nogged brick eaves cornice. The roof is hipped and covered with tiles from the 20th century, and there are brick ridge stacks. The house has a central-staircase plan and is three stories tall, with a three-window range. The first floor has 12-pane sash windows, while the second floor features 6-pane sashes, all with brick flat arches. The ground floor includes canted bay windows. The entrance has a six-panelled door with a decorative fanlight, set within a pilaster surround topped with an open pediment. The right gable end has Gothick casements. The interior has not been inspected but is likely to be of interest.
